Common Use For This Medicine
1- For the treatment of HAIRY CELL LEUKEMIA in patients 18 years of age and older.
2- For the treatment of MALIGNANT MELANOMA OF SKIN in patients 18 years of age and older.
3- For the treatment of AIDS-related KAPOSIS SARCOMA in patients 18 years of age and older.
4- For the treatment of CONDYLOMA ACUMINATUM (VIRAL WARTS) in patients 18 years of age and older.
5- For the treatment of VIRAL HEPATITIS B WITHOUT MENTION OF HEPATIC COMA in patients 18 years of age and older.
6- For the treatment of VIRAL HEPATITIS C CHRONIC in patients 18 years of age and older.
It may also be used to treat other conditions as determined by your doctor
How To Use This Medicine
Use this medicine exactly as directed on the label, unless instructed differently by your doctor
* Patient should read specific PATIENT INFORMATION provided with this medicine before starting treatment and each time their
prescription is renewed.
* Drink several glasses of WATER during the day, unless otherwise directed by your doctor.
* The patient may self-administer the INJECTION. Follow doctors instructions for administration and proper disposal of
syringes and needles carefully.
How To Store This Medicine
Refrigerate in original container away from children. Do not freeze. Discard unneeded medicine.
Call Your Doctor Immediately If You Experience
Low blood pressure; Visual disturbances; Itching; Depression; Dizziness; Breathing difficulty; Lightheadedness; Cough.
Other Side Effects
Muscle pain; Change in taste; Skin rash; Burning pain, tingling, or numbness; Nausea; Sweating; Lab test abnormalities;
Headache; Flu-like symptoms; Fever; Unusual tiredness or weakness; Difficulty breathing; Dry mouth; Diarrhea; Confusion;
Chills; Back pain; Anxiety; Baldness; Decreased appetite.
If symptoms are mild but do not go away or are bothersome, check with your doctor. IF ANY OF THE ABOVE SIDE EFFECTS IS SEVERE,
CALL YOUR DOCTOR IMMEDIATELY.
